Details of the role:

We are looking for a professional who is looking to grow long-term with our Frost Orthodontics family. We offer the “best of the best” for both patients and employees! This includes a great culture and work environment, ongoing education, great hourly pay, medical benefits, and bonus systems. Total starting comp will be based on your skills and experience. This full-time position is Monday-Thursday.

Job responsibilities include the following:

-Greet each patient with enthusiasm and a smile
-Use Wave Ortho (our practice management software) to manage scheduling needs for our patients
-Resolve concerns face to face and over the phone with compassion and empathy
-Make sure every person that walks through our door leaves with a smile

The ideal applicant will possess the following:

-Minimum of 1+ years of Front Office/Receptionist experience is required
-Orthodontic/Dental experience is preferred
-Damon System experience is a plus
-Incredibly efficient – act quickly and effectively
-Able to anticipate needs and be self-guided
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Positive and enthusiastic
-A team player with a warm & friendly personality
-Will thrive in fast-paced environment
-Reliable & on-time work ethic
